Peta holds a bachelor of performing arts in dance and has over 20 years experience working as a stretch and pilates instructor, dance teacher and director in both London and Sydney.
Stretch and Body Alignment individual sessions re-align the body, increase flexibility and strength, correct poor posture and release tension

Why individual sessions?
The sessions are tailored to your individual needs & stretches are modified according to your levels of flexibility, functionality & physical comfort.
Detailed explanations are given throughout each session making the corrections learnt during the session easy to follow and remember.
In addition you are provided with a set of easy to follow exercises that can be practiced anywhere, anytime. This ensures that you are able to carry and maintain postural balance with you well after the session has ended.
