Mr Costello holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and is a member of the Australian Psychological Society College of Clinical Psychologists. Michael’s aim is to provide the best care for his clients by assisting them to identify, understand and cope with their difficulties and to reduce their distress. He provides evidence-based treatment such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Interpersonal Therapy. Accordingly, he works collaboratively with his clients to develop a treatment plan that best suits their needs and helps clients to focus on their strengths and assist them in achieving their goals.
