Helen is a registered psychologist, with additional qualifications in Couple and Family Therapy. She has fourteen years experience in counselling and psychotherapy, both in Australia and the UK, and works with adults, couples, adolescents and families.

Helen has a particular interest in couple and relationship issues, and works from a family systems model. In addition to this, she sees clients who are experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, addiction, and adjustment to illness. She also provides clinical supervision to counsellors and psychologists. Medicare rebates may apply with referral from a GP.
